The prenatal period is an exciting time, but can bring some unknowns, an ever-changing body and at times some aches and pains.
This class is designed to allow you to move your body in a way that feels good, adaptable to you in your stage of pregnancy and honour how both your mind and body feel.
This class will incorporate a flow of poses aimed to create space and mobility within the body as well as incorporating some mindfulness meditation which can be used both in and outside of the class.
Run by Alice, one of our physiotherapists, she can adapt the class to each person’s needs, especially any current aches and pains you may have.
