Prenatal

The prenatal period is an exciting time, but can bring some unknowns, an ever-changing body and at times some aches and pains.

This class is designed to allow you to move your body in a way that feels good, adaptable to you in your stage of pregnancy and honour how both your mind and body feel.

This class will incorporate a flow of poses aimed to create space and mobility within the body as well as incorporating some mindfulness meditation which can be used both in and outside of the class.

Run by Alice, one of our physiotherapists, she can adapt the class to each person’s needs, especially any current aches and pains you may have. 

Slow flow  

Ever wanted to try yoga?

Thought maybe it would be too hard or possibly flare up your pain?

This class could be for you, this slow flow class is a perfect class for beginners, people experiencing persistent pain or just wanting to slow down.

The class offers choice in poses, and explores a gentle flow to wind down your nervous system.

This class is slow and comfortable and designed to make you feel safe and nurtured.

Exercise Rehab - 4-5 people physiotherapist supervised in our rehab studio, with pilates reformer, trap table, cable, mat, bike and treadmill. Book after orientation.

Mother and Baby Class - 8-10 max PT supervised session in our yoga studio, babies less than 6 months welcome. Expect variety, balls, bands, weights / body weight. 

Pelvic Pain Exercise - 4-5 people physiotherapist supervised in our rehab studio, with pilates reformer, trap table, cable, mat, bike and treadmill.

Pelvic Pain Course - 10 maximum people physiotherapist online course. 

Meditation Introduction - 10 maximum people 45 minutes Celia Bolton online.

Mediation Group - No limit 30 minutes Celia Bolton online.

Meditation Course (3 sessions) - 10 maximum people Celia Bolton online. Booked after you have attended Meditation Introduction.

 

Unsupervised Exercise Rehabilitation

Unsupervised session available for our existing exercise rehab clients who have clearance from their physiotherapist, bookings required.
