Welcome to rehabilitation at Innerstrength Healthcare! Whilst there are specific classes for Mother and Baby, Yoga, etc. this page is about accessing a personalised exercise rehab in our clinical pilates and exercise studio.
Our physiotherapists are here to provide you with the opportunity to move your body based on the latest evidence and research.
Whether you are pregnant, recently had a baby, have pain concerns or want to change up your exercise routine, our rehabilitation classes will assist you with achieving your movement goals.
At Innerstrength, we use Pilates-based equipment as well as resistance bands, light free weights and cardio equipment to provide a variety of options for movement. The exercises are designed to help you move more efficiently in a relaxed way.
It will give you the opportunity to gently improve, mobility and strength all over. Each exercise can be adjusted from a low level to more challenging depending on where you are on your journey.
Our physiotherapists will teach you how to use the equipment and explain what to expect from your exercise sessions.
The Sessions
Our sessions are run in small groups of 4 where each participant performs their own set of exercises.
A physiotherapist will be supervising every session to provide feedback and assist with any concerns.
We require you to attend 2 individual sessions to set up your exercise program so you can hit the ground running.
A review of your program every 6 to 8 weeks is essential to continue to work towards your goal and address any changes that may happen along the way.
Once you are more familiar with your routine we encourage you to add unsupervised extra sessions to your routine to enjoy as much benefit as possible out of your program and keep moving towards your goals.
