Natalie graduated from La Trobe University in 2009 and has completed post graduate studies in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and Exercise and Women’s Health. Natalie has extensive experience in managing pelvic floor disorders in both men and women including incontinence, prolapse, bowel dysfunction and sexual dysfunction. Natalie has a specific interest in managing persistent pelvic pain and assisting her clients to return to physical activity after pregnancy or surgery. Natalie is experienced in delivering clinical pilates rehabilitation and has completed courses in advanced dry needling. Natalie has two beautiful children of her own and is extremely passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their rehab and recovery goals.
