Jessica graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2009. Since graduating, Jessica has developed a passion for Women’s Health and has extensive experience working across the public health and private sector. She has also completed post graduate studies in both Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Exercise and Women’s Health.
Jessica enjoys working with women of all ages to optimise their pelvic health and specialises in pelvic floor rehabilitation to manage conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, bowel disorders and sexual dysfunction.
Jessica has a particular interest and expertise in pre and post-natal care, including complex birth trauma and perineal tears, musculoskeletal conditions in pregnancy, pelvic floor recovery after birth, facilitating return to exercise and management of inflammatory breast/lactation conditions.
Jessica is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals and enabling them to remain fit and active during pregnancy and beyond.
