Celia (she/her) is the founder and director of Innerstrength Healthcare and mother of a teenager. She graduated as a physiotherapist in 1991 and has lived in the Geelong area since 1998. She has been working in the area of pelvic health since 1996.  Celia has furthered her tertiary studies to increase her knowledge.  More recently Celia has become a certified 1 Giant Mind meditation teacher, studied Nature Based Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness, Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy to complement her passion for mind-body holistic care. Celia holds a position as Director on the Board of Directors for the Continence Foundation of Australia.  Celia enjoys mountain biking, running, rogaining, gardening and learning.
