At Inner Strength Physiotherapy, we understand that exercise is difficult when you are a parent. We also know that exercise is important for the health of both you and your baby as being active can help prevent health problems and reduce your child’s risk of obesity. We know that in and around pregnancy lasting changes occur in your body

When

  • We advise that our classes can be started either after 12weeks or after your first ultrasound in your pregnancy and continued throughout
  • You can take as little as six weeks rest after the birth
  • It’s never too late to start

How

  • We base all exercise around pelvic floor, core stability, back care and posture
  • We include stretches, strength and stabilisation
  • Small numbers for individual attention

If we do not get 12 hours notice, your class will be forfeited as will the right to a make up class.
