This is a system of vaginal cones and weights which may be prescribed by your physiotherapist for you to use at home as part of your pelvic floor home exercise program.

This is a way to improve your pelvic floor muscle strength and function using muscle stimulation. Your physiotherapist may choose to use this if you have weak pelvic floor muscles from vaginal birth and disuse, as a way to assist with your home exercise program.
