I have been working in the Fitness Industry for 8 years as a Personal Trainer with a specific focus on womens health and fitness.
My passion is to help women feel great physically and mentally through exercise, to build confidence, gain strength and mobility safely and most importantly have a good time doing it.
In 2022 I became a Certified Perinatal Instructor and I have since been working at Innerstrength Healthcare to provide an in-house Personal Training service.
My sessions will help you maintain good physical and mental strength while pregnant and help prepare the body for birth.
Postnatal training is also provided with focus on regaining your strength and moving with confidence.
I am excited to be onboard with the team at Innerstrength and look forward to some great sessions ahead.
