Close to public transport (41 bus) and waurn ponds shopping centre, disabled access and unisex disabled toilet. Access through a lovely garden. Council approved venue opening hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am -12 Saturday.
Shared waiting area, tea and Coffee making area / fridge, staff toilet, ample off street parking, long term lease with the option to extend. Would suit health professional, space shared with psychologist, dietititan, physiotherapist, personal trainer, birth educator and yoga.
